House Sold
Update: We accepted an offer on our home. We had close to 20 families go through our home in three days and had four offers by Friday morning. We're excited for the new family and hope they will enjoy our home!
Our beautiful Bountiful home is for sale. We have lived here for almost two years and feel we need something a little bit bigger for our growing family. The new home is only two miles away but it feels like we are leaving the country. We have loved this neighborhood so much it is difficult to even let people know. Carol has bawled repeatedly at the thought of leaving but we ultimately feel moving is the right thing to do. So, if you know of any friends or family interested, please pass along this information:

Our for-sale-by-owner sign and a post in Craigslist this morning has given us tremendous traffic for the home. We had about a dozen families come see the house today and more tomorrow. We are getting formal offers but we have said we will accept offers till Friday 10:00 am.
Another side note: We decided not to print any flyers and I think we have been getting more quality visitors. Those who are most interested pick up their phones and call. I also have been frustrated when looking at house descriptions online. In my Craigslist post, I've decided to put as much information as I can—by room!. I just need to add more pictures now :)
